Although the app states “SoCal,” previous reports for Chick-fil-A SoCal promotions indicate the Greater LA area is defined as Los Angeles County, Orange County, Ventura County, and the Inland Empire (San Bernardino County and Riverside County). If you’re in a qualifying area and check before 10:30AM but don’t see the reward, please ensure your ‘Exact Location Services Enabled’ is turned on in ‘My Rewards,’ try again later, and/or report your location to help your fellow members. I’m not sure what else could be the issue because I only share after confirming the reward myself, but I do know others who weren’t able to claim it until checking the app again at a later time.
