This is my first deal post so I apologize for any break in format/rules. In short, the venerable Monolith M1570 can be had for ~$130 on Monoprice right now with something they are calling “Angel Savings.” I bought the M1570 when it was on a “deal” 50 days ago (5 days after the return/price match policy) for ~$375. I kept it at that price because it punches way above its weight class and I honestly would not be mad at the original $600 asking price.
It’s fairly well known at this point that Monoprice makes “homages” (read: blatant copies) to Audeze’s much lauded cans. Sure, you’re not going to get Audeze build quality at basement prices, and this is an open box unit, but if you like music at all, you really owe yourself a set of these. These could easily be “endgame” for a lot of people and the $130 price tag ($107 on sale but add taxes/shipping) is just an insane deal.
