The scissor action hole punch is engineered for punching holes in 1/2-inch and 5/8-inch drip blank distribution tubing. It creates the ideal hole size for 1/4-inch drip fittings. It has a scissor action and ergonomic handle for ease of operability in dry or wet conditions. It is constructed from durable thermoplastic resin and sharp, heat-treated steel teeth.
